True Stories of clients health success
Meet Anna: she is 76 yrs young..

& keeps being told that knee replacement surgery is her only option. She disagreed.

She came to me in constant pain every time she stood up and unable to step or down.
After just the first session of massage focusing on the fascia line patterns running in her leg, she felt her first real relief from pain. Now after her fourth treatment she is able to step up, down, walk & stand up from sitting as if it is almost new.
She is determined to keep her natural knee for as long as possible and I am determined to keep massaging her pain away.

"I couldn’t believe it when my client sent me this photo after our treatment when she came in with Plantar Fasciitis pain in her left foot.

'The increase in mobility has been amazing & I'm not in agony!'

Pain can usually be felt in the heel as pressure, when the toes roll, in the ball of foot when flexing and burning pain whilst walking. It is nasty especially for those with high arches.
In this treatment I focused on releasing her left side of her body fascia from her calves up to her hips. I did only a little foot massage as this was the relatively easy part of the body being the end result of all of that tension.
It is one thing to focus on the immediate area of pain, but another to follow it to its cause.
Many factors contribute, as we know, but to visually see the affect of just one treatment is amazing."

Amanda Fisher
Meet Gail Anthony who had tennis elbow for TWO years!
She spent many years working in an office doing intense admin. The RSI in her wrist from typing and controlling the mouse was unbearable with regular tension headaches.

Now that she is retired, she enjoys playing golf with her husband but was stopped with daily pain despite taking pain medication.

She tried dry needling, physio treatments, other remedial massage therapists, yoga, anti-inflammatories, rest, elbow supports and chiropractic care.

Nothing gave permanent relief.

In just two sessions of remedial massage with Amanda her tendonitis pain is completely gone, her upper body tension lessened and her headaches are no more!
