After several injuries from excessive sports, Amanda left a career in accounting to dedicate her life full time to learning how best to move her own body and how she could help others do the same. Arriving in Australia in 2013, Amanda was on a mission to be all things health and fitness. Qualifying as a Personal Trainer she then pursued her passion in longevity of health, rehab & injury prevention by completing the diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy.

With her previous experience of marathon running, teaching martial arts and outdoor sports, she applied her massage skills in catering for sports professionals and corporate clients in Sydney for over 5 years. Always wanting to become a mum though, it was Newcastle she chose to raise a family after a miscarriage in 2018. It wasn’t long before she fell pregnant with her now beautiful son which is when her focus shifted from sports to all things post-partum.

"It was only after the birth of my son that I truly appreciated the tremendous trauma and transformation the female body undergoes and the lack of support and education available to mums post birth. This inspired me to open Women's Wellness to specifically help females on their journey.

This then evolved into Complete Wellness to include all genders due to popular demand after moving into Infuse Health, Adamstown. Now, in 2023 I have birthed a second baby: The Massage Hub!”

As proud owner, Amanda has let this vision evolve over 10 years as the timing always seemed against her.
